A therapeutic massage can be performed using all pressures from very light to very deep, depending on your  comfort level.

Cupping massage is a modern adaptation of the ancient art of cupping therapy. While massage is performed by applying pressure, cupping instead uses negative pressure to pull, lift, open, and expand the body’s soft tissues. Silicone cups are used during this treatment in tandem with manual massage. This service can help to increase circulation and loosen connective tissue.

CBD is the perfect compliment to massage and can be incorporated easily into most massage modalities. Lotion infused with CBD oil is used during this service, which enhances the anti-inflammatory effects of massage and decreases pain. CBD is especially helpful if you are recovering from an injury (particularly a chronic one) or if you intend to get an intense massage.
