Client Policies

 A 24-hour notice is required for cancellations. 

• Less than 24 hours: 50% of the service price will be charged.
• No-shows: 100% of the service price will be charged.

A no-show is defined as failure to appear without prior notification. It is the client's responsibility to ensure the company receives my cancellation message. Payment for missed appointments is required before future services are provided.

Appointments begin and end on time. If someone arrives late, their session will be shortened accordingly. 

Good hygiene supports a safe and professional environment. If a client's level of cleanliness or odor is deemed inappropriate, they may be asked to leave and charged for the session.

Massage is not appropriate for infectious or contagious conditions. Anyone currently experiencing symptoms of a contagious illness should reschedule their session with as much notice as possible.

Clients under 18 years of age must have a parent or legal guardian complete and sign their intake form and consent agreement.

• A parent or guardian must be present for the entirety of any session when the client is under 14 years old.
• For clients aged 14 to 17, the parent or guardian must, at minimum, attend the client’s first session to provide consent and review the treatment plan. Whether the parent or guardian remains in the treatment room during future sessions is left to their discretion and the comfort of both the client and practitioner.

The service provider reserves the right to request that a parent or guardian remain present at any session if deemed necessary. 

 Sexual behavior or remarks are never appropriate. Sessions will end immediately if misconduct occurs, and the client will responsible for paying the full price of the service.

 The massage therapist may refuse or end a session at any time if treatment is unsafe for either party due to behavior, medical condition, or other factors.
